ABSTRACT
This poetry explores the role of artistic expression, particularly poetry, as a reflective space for emotional healing in times of social uncertainty and collective crisis. Across many contemporary contexts marked by anxiety, loss, and psychological fatigue, individuals often experience emotional burdens that remain difficult to articulate through conventional discourse. Through a contemplative poetic narrative, the work illustrates how language can transform personal and collective pain into shared expression. The poem portrays poetry not as a direct cure, but as a symbolic and emotional medium through which individuals acknowledge vulnerability, process grief, and reconnect with others who experience similar struggles. By giving voice to silent emotions, poetry creates a communicative bridge that allows readers to recognize fragments of their own experiences within the words of another. This reflective process reveals how artistic language can support emotional awareness, empathy, and a sense of human connection during periods of uncertainty. In the context of arts and health, the poem suggests that creative expression may function as a subtle yet meaningful pathway toward psychological resilience and collective healing. The work contributes to ongoing discussions in the interdisciplinary field of arts and health by highlighting the potential of poetry as a medium that nurtures reflection, restores emotional voice, and strengthens the shared human capacity to endure and heal.
